Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is my jam! And I also support client projects built on Squarespace and WooCommerce. My tutorials and blog focus on Shopify, but all three platforms are welcome in my design work.
Will I need to write all the website copy myself?
For the Basic package, you’ll get guided worksheets to help you write your content, and I’ll polish it as I build your site.
For the Premium package, I write the copy for you based on our strategy sessions and your brand voice.
What about product photos or brand imagery?
I don’t offer product photography, but I’ll source up to 5 high-quality stock images for Basic packages (and more for Premium).
These can be used for backgrounds or supplemental visuals. You’ll also get a resource list with trusted product photography recommendations.
Do I need to provide the content and images?
Yes, but you’re not on your own.
For the Basic package, I’ll guide you through worksheets to help you write your copy, and I’ll polish it as I build your site.
For the Premium package, I will write the copy for you.
You’ll supply your product photos, and I’ll provide curated stock images and resources for anything else.
Can I hire you for future edits or updates?
Absolutely. I offer this exclusively for past clients. You can book a one-day Sprint or reserve a custom hourly block for post-launch support. I don’t offer hourly work to the general public.
Do you work with multiple clients at once?
Nope. I only take on one website project at a time, so you’ll have my full attention. Most projects take 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
Do you offer payment plans for website design services?
Yes. Website packages are split into 3 payments:
- 30% at booking to hold the spot in my calendar
- 40% due at/by the start of the project (always on a Monday), and
- 30% on/by the last day of the project (the Friday of the 2nd/4th week)
Specific due dates are flexible as long as each invoice is paid in full by those milestones.
