Do you offer payment plans for website design services?
Yes we do. We have payment plans based on the package selected and the turnaround time.
Below is the payment plan for a typical 2 week website build.
Split into 3 payments:
• 25% at booking to hold the spot in my calendar,
• 50% due at/by the start of the project and
• 25% on/by the last day of the project
Do you offer website updates or page add-ons?
Yes we do! Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
Do I need to provide the content/copy/images for my new website?
Yes! You know your audience and product better than we do, so we’ll ask that you supply all of the copywriting, illustrations, and images, for the website prior to the project start date.
When can we start?
Projects are usually booked a few weeks in advance, but there are some exceptions! If you have a hard deadline or need a quick turnaround, I’d love to discuss any available options that might meet your needs.
Will you teach me how to use my website?
Absolutely! We DO NOT GATEKEEP. We believe people should have the power and confidence to update their site themselves, we provide a 1 on 1 training at the end of the project.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance or retainers?
Don’t want to manage your site yourself? No problem!
I don’t want you to feel bogged down by another monthly payment plan or to pay for hours you may not need. If you need our help updating your website, adding new pages, or designing additional collateral, ask me about website design day rates!
We DO NOT offer website maintenance or maintain website security.
