My business is new, do I really need a website?
Short answer is yes! To run an online business you need website.
But what I will say is that your first website DOES NOT have to be 100% custom. You can go with a basic package or DIY and re-design as your business grows.
What happens after our consultation call?
If I want to work with you?
If during the call you indicated that you’d like to move forward, then I’d send you a Proposal, Design Agreement, and Invoice within 24 hours.
After you have a chance to see the paperwork, you get to decide what to do next!
If you want to book a design spot with me, you’ll fill out & submit the Proposal (short form), read & sign the Design Agreement, then make the Initial Payment (25% for website packages, 100% for Sprints) on the invoice to secure the spot which holds your spot in my calendar.
Within the week, I’ll send you a link to your work space so you can start on the ‘homework’ (content submissions) which guides you through submitting everything I need to build and design your website for you so we’ll be ready to rock & roll on your project’s start date!
If I DONT want to work with you?
If during the call you feel you’re not ready to work with me no worries because at this point there’s no commitment or agreement the consultation is free.
If you seemed undecided, I may follow up once or twice to check in & see how you’re feeling or answer any lingering questions, but I won’t be pressuring you to make a decision, I promise!
This has to be “the right fit” for us both & if it’s not, I will 100% respect that. 😊
Can you create a website in less than 48 hours?
Absolutely! We occasionally provide Shopify Sprints. Please keep in mind that the day begins once we have received ALL the documents needed, and restrictions do apply.
Also, please note that revisions slow down the process, as long as you respond quickly, their should be no delays. An open line of communication is vital to the speed and success of a Sprint.

Can I contact you after you have completed my website?
100%! We provide you with customer support so you can contact me whenever you have a question. We include one on one training in my packages so you will know how to navigate your new website.
Do you provide website maintenance?
Unfornutally, we do not provide maintenance, security, backups, or updates to your site. The great thing about Shopify is their world class customer support. They can provide you with assistance 24/7.
If you opt for a WordPress site I would advise to have a web developer on hand for any assistance/issues that can arise after I have designed your site..
